Today's class was mostly an introduction to the course content. I'm excited to set up my first blog and to begin diving into the greater world of Web 2.0. It was great to see so many familiar faces from last semesters 800 and 801 classes, and I'm excited for this course.
Towards the end of class we did an exersize in Visual Interfacing, where we had to represent a picture with words or words with a picture. Certainly, as the subject was passed down the line of students, from words to pictures back and forth, there was some alteration of meaning. It was an interesting exersize in personal interpretation, and shows how individuals all interpret things differently.
